"the door to the bathroom had cracks and wood chipped off all the way around the handle and other areas like it was once broke into and never repaired. The ceiling all around the edges was filled with some type of dirt, dirty soot just ugly to look at wallpaper loose around those edges - I made my kids keep their shoes on walking in the room. The "hot" tub was really a "warm" tub . . . ."

"we checked in and enjoyed the pool area until the hotel filled with smoke. we didn't know if the hotel was on fire but it was getting difficult to breathe. we checked out of the hotel a few hours after checking in after the firemen arrived. It was quite distressing to me and my family."
