"I stayed four nights, and could not sleep at all the first night due to being in a smoking room, when I wanted a non-smoking room. The desk clerk said the reservation requested smoking, but I couldn't find that on my confirmation email. The pool closed too early for me to use. Many hotels allow later hours for adults only. The continental breakfast was meager, little selection, and gone way before the time was up for it to be gone. The ice machines are really far from the rooms. My key card wouldn't work about half of the time. We had to wait for our conference shuttle busses for quite a while (20 to 45 minutes) and there was no chairs or benches to sit on."
